SWFL Eagles_ The Nest Begins To Blossom - Welcome Egg #1 11-22-21

11/22/2021 8:15:55 PM

wskrsnwings - Harriet laid her first egg Saturday, November 20th at 3:48pm. She and M15 have been taking turns incubating and watching over their new egg and adding more grasses for the nest bowl/bole ever since as we see during my visit to the nest this morning. Hopefully tomorrow Harriet will lay a second egg and the nest will continue to blossom. Bald eagle eggs average hatch date is 34-39 days after being laid. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for providing & maintaining suitable trees & environment for this Bald Eagle Family. www.SWFLEagleCam.com Thank you to Dick Pritchett Real Estate (SWFEC), Church of the Nazarene, Eagle Landing & several friends for allowing me to film on their premises.
