wskrsnwings - M15 was hard at work getting and delivering 4 sticks and 3 bunches of grasses to the nest the first two hours of daylight. He even flew with a small air plant (from the nest) in his beak to grab one of the sticks. Harriet assisted with grass arrangement before and after she brought her own prey to the nest to eat. There were two matings in that time period also. Numerous cattle egrets perched in the pond snag and a blue-gray gnatcatcher, as well as a palm warbler, hunted for breakfast in the fallen fig tree.
