wskrsnwings - M15 took over incubation duties early this morning while Harriet preened in a front snag before flying to the pond and then away from the pasture. I did catch M15 repositioning and rolling the eggs one time through the crib rail peepholes. Waiting patiently for activity from H & M as they each patiently incubate, I watched other pasture activity. A Turkey Vulture and Fish Crow were seen picking at the remains of the carrion that was first seen in the pasture last Friday. The horses came over to check out the birds eating. Muscovy ducks were seen on the pond fence and exploring an oak tree in the church parking lot. And a Wood Stork was seen perching above Nest2. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for providing & maintaining suitable trees & environment for this Bald Eagle Family. www.SWFLEagleCam.com Thank you to Dick Pritchett Real Estate (SWFEC), Church of the Nazarene, Eagle Landing & several friends for allowing me to film on their premises.
