SWFL Eagle ~E18 Protects Fish From E17's Steal Attempt! Crows Give Chase; Playing At The Pond 5.2.21

Lady Hawk - Early this morning, E18 drops down to the nest and stands over the fish nestover that was left over from yesterday's late evening delivery by Dad. E17 and Harriet are on the attic and are vocal - E18 mantles and gets ready to defend her fish! E17 drops to the nest to make a steal attempt only E18 lunges aggressively at E17 and warns this is her fish! E17 relents and goes back up to the attic and E18 gets to eat the rest of the fish. This was important to see E18's aggression this time as most of the food deliveries over the past three days have gone to E17. E17 is seen flying off the nest and crows will follow. They all do a flyby in front of the cam 2 tree and then are seen following E18 over across the street until E18 returns to the nest. E18 will fly off the nest and this time take a nestover and fly to the DSPS - E17 will immediately follow! These two follow one another through out the day. They both perch in the DSPS and then both go to the pond! E18 heads to the water to take a sip and to bottom dip and play around. E17 hangs out under the palm tree and then comes to the side of the bank. E18 walks over and they flap at one another. E17 takes off and E18 flies to the hubcab tree before flying back to the nest. Both E's lay down together as bonded siblings. Thank you for watching!
