September 24, 2022: Harriet was observed eating fish on the nest (not sure if she brought it or if M15 brought it for her). Harriet and M15 spent the evening of September 26, 2022 roosting somewhere to the north of the pasture. Last night (9-27) both adults spent the evening roosting in the nest tree. They both flew to the pasture snag and eventually flew off (south).
Glad to see they’re doing well. Do you know if they are fleeing the area because they’ve noticed the winds picking up? Do you think they will come back and repair their nest like they did after the last hurricane?
As of September 27, 2020 at 11pm it appears Harriet and M15 are roosting in the nest tree. They remained away from the nest most of the day. All cameras are now offline and will most likely remain offline until the storm passes through. If you are in the path of the storm, please stay safe! Photo shows the last photo of the nest tree before the pond camera went offline.
