The term “growing by leaps and bounds” gets a new meaning regarding the Little E’s. They are eating very well and growing right before our eyes. They are beginning to get their thermal down and their large feet are starting to look funny in comparison to their bodies.
Ozzie and Harriet brought fish and prey to the nest for the numerous feedings of the E’s. Ozzie has been working on the outer rails with his stick deliveries. He knows the Little E’s are scooting all over the nest. Harriet brought some of her favorite greenery and seemed to cover the E’s with it at one point. The Family was together as the daylight faded. It is awe inspiring to watch Mom and Dad in their efforts to help the Big little E’s grow into Beautiful Eagles one day.
