E4 made flying from tree to tree look easy in the strong breezes today. Ozzie and Harriet made several appearances in the pasture. Harriet brought a pine branch to the nest but E4 was expecting food. Harriet then arrived in the pond tree with a fish and E4 immediately joined her to grab a bite. E4 was successful in stealing the fish but dropped it to the ground. E4 seemed to contemplate retrieving the fish but did not.
Ozzie brought a morsel of food to the nest but E4 didn’t seem to be interested. Harriet delivered a stick which E4 mantled and was not amused that it wasn’t food. There was a lot of flying on and off the nest and the pasture trees. E4 took many flights around the pasture and off to the west tree line. E4 was moving sticks and fluffing up a spot in the nest as the day was coming to an end.
