It was a foggy start to the day. E4 and Ozzie were perched in one of the pond snag trees. As the sun burned off the fog, Ozzie departed the pond tree toward the North with E4 following behind. Harriet was spotted off in the distance. E4 and Dad were gone for about 2 hours. Ozzie flew to the pasture from the North and was soon followed by E4 who perched in the pond tree again. E4 was very adventurous today, taking off to the skies and soaring to higher heights. E4 seemed to disappear in the clouds during the long beautiful flights.
Ozzie brought 2 small meals for E4 who rushed to the nest after working up an appetite flying and soaring. Ozzie was off toward the river and Harriet went to the pond for her bath then to the West pasture tree line. E4 flew to the pond trees for a rest after an active morning. Seeming to have endless energy, E4 took flight to the church tree and then off to the Northwest. E4 returned a while later to join Harriet in the West pasture trees. As the sun was setting, Harriet flew to the pond and E4 followed her but perched in the pond tree. After getting a quick drink Harriet flew to the cam 2 tree. E4 dropped down to the pond edge and proceeded to wade around in the pond, took several drinks and then flapped around in the water. It was almost a bath. E4 had many great adventures today and is growing in confidence day by day.
