Harriet and M15 possess impressive instincts that drive them to the fulfillment of their mission to procreate. Over the months, they have worked as an exceptional team in the care and protection of their precious Eggs, their territory and each other. They prepare to welcome new additions to their family in a few days. M15 brought more grass and sticks over the week adding to the nest bowl and the outer railings. Rainy days didn’t deter either from their duties incubating and keeping their Eggs completely dry. The hours of endless time spent on the nest will have great rewards. Harriet and M15 have each taken their share of time away soaring the skies, bathing at the pond and resting in their favorite perch places. M15 delivered meals to the nest for Harriet and will soon be building a pantry for more hungry mouths to feed.
Essential changes will be taking place with the eggs as the chicks ready themselves to break out of their shells. Harriet and M15 will seem to be listening, watching and feeling the movement inside the eggs. They may hear the soft peeps as the chicks are closer to freeing themselves from the eggs. Nature has provided all the chicks need for this strenuous task. Harriet and M15 will see to all their needs when they emerge into the world. Harriet and M15 are united in their goals and their bond is unbreakable. They have been steadfast in all the stages that have brought them to the coming reveal of the new generation of their young.
